To help tear down these societal barriers, CURE works to raise awareness and advocate for people with disabilities. We educate the public on the rights of people with disabilities, including disability language and etiquette, child protection and safeguarding, conservative treatment, and pre-operative and post-operative care with outcomes that mobilize their support in being champions for people with disabilities. In partnership with local governments, NGOs, DPOs, and national church networks, we utilize opportunities at mobile clinics and outreach events to train communities to care for people with disabilities.
